Scott was hands down the best realtor I've used. He has superior knowledge of the market and assisted to make the purchasing process painless with his vast network of experts. He also continued to assist with warranty issues even after closing to ensure our house was to our expectation. 10/10 would recommend him and will use him again should I decide to purchase again in the future.

If you are looking for the best in the biz you have found it with these guys! Scott and Tauna are absolutely amazing. If its possible to happen in real estate, it happened to us! Scott was always professional and ready to help at any time. Whenever I would reach out to him he would respond almost immediately. I never waited more than an hour for him to reply back. Now hes more than a realtor, hes a friend! I will always go to him for any real estate needs! Thank you so much for everything guys!

Scott and his team have treated my wife and I like VIPs despite the fact that were were shopping for very modestly priced properties. I can't imagine working with anyone else and can recommend with zero reservations.

I can't say enough good things about our home buying experience with Scott. We bought in a seller's market, so timing was everything. Scott is very experienced, knows the Athens market very well, and understands the "human side" to buying a new home. He also has plenty of contacts from financing to home renovation companies, which was vital for me as I was an out of state buyer. He also went the extra mile and provided guidance regarding selling our current home.
Scott would be my only call if I ever need a realtor again.

Scott and The Nichols Team (TNT) are great to work with! We had the pleasure to use them to buy our home in 2017 then sell that home in 2021. We obviously loved TNT so much in the buying process that we went back to them for the selling process. Scott and his assistant Tauna are quick to respond and truly put the client first, including easing the stressors involved in selling or buying a home. I've worked with Scott Nichols in real estate for the past 7 years. I would without a doubt recommend Scott to anyone entering the real estate market in the Athens / Winder area. It has been an unbelievably beneficial relationship working with Scott. I've bought and sold 2 houses with Scott, the 1st house I paid $20,000 under list then sold it for $11,000 over list, the 2nd house I paid $19,000 under list then sold it for $16,000 over. Scott Nichols is definitely the person you want to be in charge of selling your home. My husband and I had lived in our home for 30 years. It was a tough decision to sell but Scott calmed my fears and was always available to answer questions. Scott had a family emergency during this time and had to leave town for a short time but he was still on that phone when I had questions. He was on top of this sale. I could not have asked for a more caring, dependable, professional person to work with. Scott and Charmayne are the most amazing duo and have become dear friends of mine. I know I was on their speed-dial all through this process. My home sold that first day it was shown.

I had my home listed for 4 months with 3 showings. Then I got Scott involved. He had three showings in the first 2 weeks and a contract before the 3rd week. When going through the negotiations and inspections he had strategy, good advice and kept us all calm. We closed on time and during one of the most stressful times in US history, February 23 as Covid 19 became very real. He and his team area organized, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I cannot say enough about The Nichols Team. You owe it to yourself to give them a chance.
